during use.
Spindle and Twin Aeration Discs
Commercial design, twin aeration discs, combines ingredients in seconds,
supported by a stainless steel spindle.
Stainless Steel Cup
Large capacity 28.5 ounce (850 ml) stainless steel cup reduces splashing
and is ideal for preparing icy cold milkshakes.
USING YOUR PRODUCT
1. Prior to first use, clean the Milkshake Mixer according to the instructions
in the “Cleaning Your Product” section.
2. Be sure unit is “OFF.”
3. Plug the power cord into a power outlet.
4. Place ingredients into cup.
Note: We recommend you do not fill liquid beyond the top fill mark on the side
of the cup (13 oz./380 ml). This will help to prevent the mixture from
splashing out during mixing. The volume of milkshakes will increase,
which makes the large cup ideal for the frothiest shakes.
5. Attach the cup to the Milkshake Mixer by sliding the lip of the cup up under
the cup holding clip and sitting the bottom edge of the cup on the cup rest.
Note: The Milkshake Mixer will only operate
Holding Clip
when the cup is in place.
6. Turn the upper section of the motor head to
low speed and mix for 3 seconds. If your recipe
requires high speed, turn the upper section of
the motor head to high speed after mixing for
3 seconds on low speed; otherwise continue mixing
on low speed until drink is desired consistency.
Cup Rest
Important: Do not operate continuously
for more than 4 minutes.
7. Turn the upper section of the motor head to “OFF”
and remove the cup. Enjoy!

MIXING TIPS
Use only crushed ice in the Milkshake Mixer.
Grind or crush solid ingredients such as fruit, candy, or cookies before adding
to mixing cup.
• Always be sure the head of the Milkshake Mixer is in the “OFF” position
before plugging in outlet and before removing cup when mixing is done.
• Add wet ingredients before dry ingredients for best mixing results.
• The mixing time of beverages containing ice cream type ingredients will vary
according to the hardness of the ingredients. Softer ingredients work better.
• Do not mix hot ingredients in the Milkshake Mixer.
• For the frothiest shakes we recommend you use well chilled milk.
CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE
1/2 2/3 cup milk
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1. Place ingredients into cup.
2. Blend on high for 1-1/2 minutes or until desired consistency.
3. Serve in a tall, chilled glass.
CLEANING YOUR PRODUCT
Important: Unplug before cleaning base.
Note: Never immerse the Milkshake Mixer in water or any other liquid.
• Clean before initial use and immediately after each use.
• Clean the spindle, twin aeration discs and cup by filling the cup to the top fill
mark with warm soapy water. Attach the cup to the Milkshake Mixer and
run it on speed 1 for about 30 seconds. Turn the upper section of the motor
head to “OFF,” empty the cup and repeat with rinsed water. Turn the head
to “OFF” again, empty the cup. Dry spindle and aeration discs thoroughly.
• Cup may be washed by hand with mild detergent or in the dishwasher.
• Use a damp, soft sponge with mild detergent to clean the outside of the
Milkshake Mixer base.
